Holistic Relational Coaching
I offer bespoke “boost” sessions for individuals and couples focusing on an area of your relationship or on your desire to understand past relationships and move forward. I use well-researched and applied relational psychology and couple psychotherapy techniques. Sometimes, we can get stuck in our heads and struggle to find words for how we’re feeling, therefore, to further help the process I support clients through the use of guided meditation, breathwork and intimacy building exercises.
